The Hostos family was deeply saddened to learn of the loss of John Chardavoyne, the beloved husband of Senior Vice President Esther Rodríguez-Chardavoyne. John’s adventourus spirit and captivating personality will be greatly missed, and Esther and her family have our deepest sympathies.

 

To celebrate John’s life and achievements, Senior Vice President Rodríguez-Chardavoyne will establish an endowment in his name. We truly appreciate her generosity in this difficult time, and she has not only our sympathies but our gratitude as well.

John was many things – a world traveler, a writer, and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His was a life well-lived; his memory is something to be cherished. Our hearts go out to his family and friends.
